We visited the brand new cafe Modern General in Santa Fe, New Mexico to talk with Owner and Chef Erin Wade. Ms. Wade has already found a great deal of success with her initial restaurant concept, Vinaigrette, and it was exciting to talk to her about the new venture: a contemporary take on the classic general store.
